Shipping policy

DELIVERY DELAY

Order preparation times are usually very short, and we will do our best to ship your order within two working days of your order.

Delivery is by Purolator Express or Ground service (approximately 1-3 business days for regional shipments and up to 7 days for domestic shipments).

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday by Purolator with the exception of statutory holidays. The pickup of the prepared packages takes place around 2:30 p.m. every day of the week. The shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.

Packages are normally delivered and left outside your home.

A signature may be required for some orders depending on their value or the presence of an apartment number.


UNCLAIMED, REFUSED AND ADDRESS ERRORS

Unclaimed, refused or incorrectly addressed packages will be refunded after deduction of the actual delivery costs incurred (initial shipping costs + warehouse returns costs). The merchandise will be returned to inventory.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

Following your purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order and address.

If you see an error or if you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 418-606-2244, mentioning your order number and we will be happy to make the desired corrections. No change of address can be made once the package has left our warehouse and you may be charged for delivery and return charges in the event of an unclaimed package or returned to the sender.


TRACK MY DELIVERY

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with the Purolator tracking number. You can therefore track your package with this number.
